# 账户与账单

## 在哪里看用量和余额？

1. 登录 [OmniMux 控制台](https://omnimux.ai/dashboard)
2. 查看余额、调用日志与模型可用性

用户侧优先展示 **积分** 与 **USD** 换算（`raw_quota ÷ 500000 = USD`，`1 USD = 10 积分`）。不要把 raw\_quota 直接叫「积分」。

## 充值 / 支付

真实充值与支付以控制台流程为准（需人工完成支付的步骤不会由自动化文档代替）。

* 控制台内工单/联系方式（以站点展示为准）
* 邮件：`hello@omnimux.ai`（与站点页脚一致时）

提供：请求时间、request id（若有）、model、脱敏后的错误体，便于排查。
